Remi has successfully handled client affairs in the form of national and multinational private companies and state-owned enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia. He has experience in assisting corporate clients who will invest and negotiate both inside and outside the country, as well as a lot of experience in winning legal issues that must be resolved through court forums or arbitration forums / Alternative Dispute Resolution in Indonesia.
He has expertise in solving legal issues that fall within the scope of commercial litigation, as well as having experience in resolving legal issues affecting foreign companies in the Indonesian court.
Remi has experience in resolving corporate financial restructuring issues both through negotiation and through the bankruptcy filing process
He has a great interest in the development of financial law, therefore in addition to formal education obtained from the Faculty of Law, University of Pancasila – Indonesia, he has also completed financial education organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.
Daniar R Natakusumah, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D., is an experienced legal expert in international trade law issues. After graduating with cum laude achievements from the Univesity of Gajah Mada, Faculty of Law, Daniar continued his scholarship at Harvard Law School and subsequently received a Ph.D from Maastrict University.
Daniar is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Having the ability to speak Indonesian, English and Dutch. Daniar has expertise in handling international trade transactions, including having expertise in resolving trade disputes at the World Trade Organitation (WTO) forum. She is Founder of Center of World Trade Studies (CWTS).
Daniar has experience in assisting the government of the Republic of Indonesia in the field of international trade
Daniar is also active in making legal writing and research, among his published scientific works, i.e – Book: Pengantar Hukum WTO (Introduction to WTO Law); – Rupiah as National Legal Tender in Indonesia, research and academic draft conducted in collaboration with Bank of Indonesia (Central Bank), Jakarta, Indonesia; – A Comperative Study Toward the Securities Regulations Against Insider Trading in the United States, German and Indonesia (International Publication); – Analysis on the Implementation of Indonesian Copy Rights Law on the Ownership of the Source Code of Software
Graduated from the Law faculty of Universitas Indonesia. Members and officials of the Indonesia Bar Association (IKADIN) and also a member of Persatuan Advokat Indonesia (PERADI).
He started his first career as a lawyer at Anton S. Djojodiharjo & Associates Law Firm (on 1984-1985), Minang Warman S. Associates Law Firm (on 1985-1995), Sri Boediarti – Tisnadisastra & Partners Law Firm (on 1995-2007), Ramadhan Adi Wijaya & Partner’s Law Office (on 2009-2015), and (since 2015 – at present) He joined as a Senior Partner at Remi Ramadhan Law Office.
Graduated from the law faculty of Universitas Kristen Indonesia, and also a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
She has experience at mutual funds company (on 2002-2004), and ever being as an private lecturer (on 2004-2008).
She started her first career as a lawyer at Law Firm Ramadhan Adiwijaya & Partner’s (on 2009-2014), and continued her career which is still merge under the same leader ship of previously managing partner at Remi Ramadhan Law Office since 2015 at present.
Graduated from the law faculty of Universitas Kristen Indonesia, and also a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
His experience to handle and solving civil and criminal legal issues, resolve litigation and non litigation issues.
He has experience at PT. Sumit Otto Finance (on 2008-2010), and also he has an experience as Human Resourch Development at PT. Sumatera Bukit Mas and also at PT. Kereta Kencana Bangun Perkasa (on 2010-2011).
He started His first career as a lawyer at Ramadhan Adiwijaya & Partner’s Law Firm (on 2011-2015), (at present) He continued his career at Remi Ramadhan Law Office.
